The scammer called my mother-in-law and left a message asking her to call them back or have me call them back. I informed my mother-in-law not to call them back after I looked up that it was a scam.

Calls phone numbers for every person ever listed to be connected to me. Uses my married name from 2009. Sends multiple texts. When calling back, they say they're required by law to contact all known phone numbers and then when asked what for, they hang up. When you call back more, they pick up the phone and then disconnect the call without speaking. 100% SCAM. I am not in any debt or any kind of legal case.

A got a call on my cell from them and they said my name and social security number. They threatened to call my employer and fax an affidavit if I did not make a payment to them. I asked them to send me a letter and they became more aggressive and threatening. They are calling about a credit card debt I had over 20 years ago. Scary thing is someone has all my information.

Someone name Eric Frazier will call and leave a message a complaint has been file against you and you have a certain number of days to call or a court date will be issued. When you return the call the respresentives are very rude, talk down to you in a provoking manner. They will hang up in your face. I called 6 times and the guy on the phone repeatly hung up in my face or but put me on hold. They are quick to dish out a dose of rudeness but run and tuck their tail when it's time to take it. They are a group of bullies who call people and harass and disrespect the person they call.

I was called and told a private courier would deliver sealed documents today at my home and I should be here with a witness and state ID. Consider myself notified. They left a number to call for more info. Hey also called my relatives today with the same info. I called he number and they had my address and county in which I live. They told me to avoid civil court I could settle for a lower amount than the civil action. I didn’t think quickly enough and they had me crying. I gave them my debit info to make payments for half the balance. After I hung up I was able to think clearly and now I understand I have been scammed.
