I was contacted by someone named "Lynette Martin", who introduced herself as the Hiring manager to the firm Accolade. She requested that I set up a google chat using this email: [email protected] . She also referred me to the company website, www.accoladellc.com - - not .org. The interview was an online interview, and after answering some questions, I was told that I "passed" and was offered a position. I was told to expect a package in the mail with application and training materials, and a check, payable to me, to use in arranging with a vendor to pick up an apple laptop with the programs installed that I need to use. I felt uneasy about a number of points in the online interview, and therefore googled accoladellc.org. My findings were that there was no such name ("The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know."). I therefore reached out via the Contact Form on the Accoladellc.com website to inquire whether this person and googlechat email address was theirs. I received confirmation this afternoon that " we are unsure of the authenticity of the below mentioned organization. This is not us / Accolade.com. Lynette Martin does not work for Accolade. Please do not accept any checks from Lynette believing it’s us... " from the Talent Acquisition Manager at Accolade.

I have also contacted the search engine job board site that this person claims she received my resume from. If you wish me to make the complete online chat transcript available to you for use, please let me know. I have attached the initial contact, which was done by email.
