I ordered something from this company and its website on 12/25/2017. I paid for the merchandise and did not receive any type of email communication or any type of confirmation. An order number was given through "my account" and it shows my order was shipped on 12/30/2017. According to the website, the orders should not take this long to arrive. At this point, starting Monday 1/8/2018, I have sent 4 email requests through their contact us page. I have not received one response. They do not list a phone number or address for the business. I looked up a phone number for the company through google and called the number listed. The number is not a valid number.
