I was contacted by Accessible Solutions regarding my Student Loan. The agent told me I had not completed my application for the “Forgiveness”. I was told to start paying $199.00 for three months (November, December and January); afterwards I have to pay $19.00 until the loan was paid off.

On December around 22 or 24, 2021, MOHELA (a Department of Education Servicer) from the Office of U.S. Department of Education contacted me through US mail, stating that they were my new servicer. This is when I was informed that I had been scammed by Accessible Solutions. I have since contacted by bank to cancel by debit card and not to honor any charges to my account to this company.

I have also filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General on my behalf against the said aforementioned company.

I hope I can other consumers in avoiding getting scammed by this company.
