Received a phone call from a Mary Chapman from Access Processing claiming that legal action would take place and that this was a final attempt to collect a debt. She informed me the debt was from 2010 and to a company called Riverside Financial. She had my address, SS#,called my husband, and last 4 digits of my bank account number. She would not provide any evidence to the debt that I allegedly owed and also said she sent a certified letter to me in January but that it had been returned. I called Riverside Financial and they have no business with Access Processing. I told them to go ahead and send whatever they needed to and I would handle it from there. Then I was hung up on.

Janice or Jessy or Jessie Madison call ..very unprofessional for a pay day loan I never took out. Shee had the last 4 digits of my social and address. Clearly forced me to say I recieved a letter.. when I didnt.. They have called my spouse and family members... Saying i attempt to commit fraud against a company.. saying they are filing with court ... these is harrasing phone calls

I spoke to a Damien that stated I owed $300 for a payday loan that was deposited into my bank account and they even have verificatioon from my bank that it was deposited. He knew alot of personal information including my bank account number. He said the loan was done before 2011 and now the balance due is $420.00. I never took out a loan with anyone online. he said this was going to be filed with the county court and I was going to have to pay all fees associated with it as well.

I was notified by phone today that I owed $760.00 to a company I never heard of . The person calling said her name was Emily Gray. She had my full name, address and social. She did have an old email though. She stated that if I did not pay I was going to court, but she could help me get the amount lowered and I could pay a certain amount monthly. I then told her I am not interested and send me court information.
