On my voice mail was a message stating that my account was forwarded to their office and that I was being sued for a payday loan that I took out some time ago and was charged off in 2012. The representative said to me over the phone that there was going to send my employer a copy of this and also sue me in court for the amount. I asked who the name of the lender was and she replied "access processing" I don't remember taking out a payday loan with a lender that has this name. So after some other dialogue I hung up on her.
