I was contacted via Google hangouts by an "Anera Harrell" 09/02/16 saying she's going to send me a money order. The same person contacted me 2 years ago via Yahoo messenger, so I didn't bother to engage any further. What she did before was conduct an online "interview" for a work from home job. She asked for the name of my bank, which I didn't give her. She was unwilling to give details about the job or the company.

The conversation starts with "I have a good news for you" and something about seeing your resume, and then she says she's going to send you a money order, which I hear is for purchasing the computer equipment for the job. According to a forum on indeed.com, the objective is to get you to make the purchase before your bank comes back and tells you the check was no good.
