I have been trying to find my missing money. It has been over 3 months and my money $700 hasn’t been deposited into my account from my Abra wallet. No one responded back to my numerous emails. Where is my money!

I tried to close my abra accounts and transfer my bitcoin/money but they do not answer my emails. I don't know why I can't take my money. At the beginning they said they are working on it, but after time, I got no answer at all.

I withdraw my BTC from my account on Abra App to wire transfer to my bank account on Dec 30, 2020. However, I haven't received my money until now. Ava, one of their clerks emailed to me and ask me provide the swift code number on the day and the next day, I provided her again and double checked it's correct with my bank. After that, there's no reply and response any more except auto reply that they will response to me within 2-3 business days. They neither return my money or coins to my app account, nor transfer to my bank account and any explanation. I really doubt Abra is a scam company after I tried different ways to submit the complaint and there's no any actual response.
