I was contacted by phone in May, 2018 by this company regarding starting a work from home internet marketing business. After speaking at length I agreed to a $99 monthly fee for web design, establishing domain name and my very own business, making sales within 72 hours. Did not happen, contacted Above CMS and was told website would be up with in a week, not happening. When I tried to reach R.J. who had been working with me, but had missed many scheduled calls, I got Robert Contreras, owner. Robert convinced me there were just some minor problems, but if I really wanted a viable, professional business they would do all the product research, pay per click on google and facebook, along with getting my products on Amazon, for only $15000.00 that would be for 2 years. I almost had a stroke, I refused, he kept talking and talking, we agreed on $5000. That would include Google and Facebook ads, ad campaign management and Int'l IP address. Fast forward to July 13, 2018, Robert called and stated that the campaign was ready to launch, but he need another $3200.00 to make it happen.

I refused, I contacted American Express, which is where the $5000 came from and disputed the charge, So, at this point I'm sure he will come up with some phony documentation showing ALL the work they have done on my behalf. The website is still not running, I have made $0 and am praying I get my $5000 back. Please, do not go with any Company before checking BBB of their location, By the way, their rating is F, they have pulled this scam on at least 4 others according to BBB report, one was for over $10,000. I feel really stupid for not checking them before the $5000 transaction, but he is such high pressure I never had a moment to think, he is worse than any car salesman I' ever encountered, which is a lot, my husband was an Auto Dealer.

Just beware, They also operated as Publishertech, with complaints as well.

CMS wants you to think they will help you set up a website for business for a price. Once paid, they will stop working on it and leave you waiting for nothing or no results and having less money, They don't care any more about you. Do not trust these liars. They will take your money and run. They are scam artists who won't even return you calls. Jerks!

You are one of the “LUCKY ONES”. You got out of this SCAM with loosing less than a $1,000. They got me for $10,000. But then, I AM A BLONE!
