Johnny approached me a few times at the 24hr fitness in Mililani, HI. He gave me his business card that states he is a certified trainer, nutritionist, professional boxer, lifestyle coach, etc. I hired Johnny Ligsay’s Above and Beyond LLC as a body building coach and nutritionist for local body building competitions called Aloha Muscle that happened on September 15, 2023 and for Shawn Ray's Hawaiian Classic which happened on November 18, 2023. He is not certified to adjust meal plans individualized or suitable to the client and only uses a generic diet plans for all. He had me on zero carbs, fasted cardio on stair master for over 2 months, and snacking on almonds on show day because he said that the carbs were no good for my body. I felt that my body was going through Rhabdomyolysis and would feel so ill and fatigue, my body hurt so I would have to sneak protein bars here and there because I felt my body needed something. He would refuse to explain why he did these changes and did not give me any information on what other expenses I would make just to compete. I almost passed out on stage because I was so unhealthy. He does not want to give me money back for the second show because I no longer wanted to work with him because of my experience. He is banned 24hr fitness Mililani and 24hr Pearl City for harassing people, handing out his business cards, and training his clients at those gyms. He is banned from R1PFitness another local gym because he cannot provide any certifications for the things, he says he is certified in. His business is not a registered business. He prys on people at the gym who are in the military or overweight people because he say's it is easy money.

I made a post on Instagram about my journey in body building because I did 3 shows this year with some words of wisdom for anyone who would want to get into that sport and to essentially get a good, qualified coach. Johnny cyber bullied me, I ended up blocking him. But he is making undirected threats to some of his clients saying, “Jessica needs to shut up, or I’ll hurt her husband.” I am super upset with his lack of professionalism, unqualified credentials, and bullies past clients who leave him.

Work from home company promises transperancy, reimbursement for training, and accurate pay. After completing all the requirements ; I was able to work for 1 month. I requested but could never receive full paycheck, contract, invoices ect.

I was given 1 day's paid instead of 1 month. When I asked about the mishap promised it would be corrected. Never corrected and owner went on vacation.
