SHUT DOWN ABOUCEY

Ordered 3 Batman posable statues $49.99 each was sent these horrible hard 4” tall statues maybe worth $2 each and look nothing like what I had ordered I also paid $30.00 express shipping. Took like 2 months for this garbage to show up. So disappointed in Tik Tok for allowing this SCAM on their site. So lost out on $200.00. I will never order anything from TikTok again.

Saw on Tic Tok some amazing toy figurines. Paid 50 each. 3 of them. They sent me 3 crappy wood toys not wjat was on the website not even the receipt. Aboucey is a scam. I cannot beleive this is going on. Please shut tbem down. I do not know what I am gonna do with these ugly pieces of wood. Please help.

Ordered nice cat exercise wheel for $47.99 + 7 for shipping...took forever to get my package then realized I had been scammed, I was sent a cheap $5 cat toy...they are hard to get ahold of and offered me $5 refund

Ordered the exact same product believing it was a US website. As soon as I placed the order and got the paypal receipt I realized it was from china so I immediately emailed the company back and told them to cancel the order. They refused and still sent the package and charged my credit card. Opened it up and same thing - four empty vials and a smattering of bracelet charms. Then they offered me $8 for a refund. It took a while but Paypal has fully reimbursed me. This is why I refuse to order anything from Fb or social media anymore as it inadvertently comes from China and is garbage.

I ordered 2 whiskey advant calendars from Aboucey.com for $94us in October and finally received them in December. They claim and it is written on the packaging that there are 24 20ml wax sealed premium whiskey bottles such as Highland park, maccallans ect enclosed. I realized as soon as it arrived how light it was in weight that something was off. I opened one package an discovered no whiskey whatsoever just cheap Xmas ornaments that you would find in a 0.25 coin machine. I just found another complaint here with someone having the same issue from this company. Doesn’t sound like they received a refund or resolved the problem either. Sounds like they knew customs would hold up the package so they put cheap Xmas ornaments in instead of the single malt whiskey they claimed. They still advertise the advant calendars on the site so anyone planning to order should avoid disappointment.

I ordered and received a “Premium Whiskey Advent Calendar” (advertised as 24 drams of premium whiskey) from Aboucey. However, when the package arrived, I noticed that it was very light. Upon opening the package, I found that there were 4 EMPTY bottles, along with with daily gifts of worthless charms. As per the advertisement, there was supposed to be 24 drams, filled with premium whiskey. I emailed the company, who would not refund the $74 to me. Their offer was for a $9 refund. It was explained in the email that the “warehouse is in China” and that the shipping costs would be too high for me to send the product back. After several emails, they stated that the package would be stuck in customs, so I should understand that this is why they could not send me the correct product.

I just opened mine. I got the same thing as you. I paid with Paypal so I contacted them. And I got a full refund.
