Telephone call on behalf of prospective purchasers, who turned out to be untraceable, to offer me nearly twice the amount that I paid for my timeshare even though less than half of the timeshares weeks remained. Offer was initialed by prospective purchasers. When I told them that the offer was written incorrectly, 2 bedrooms rather than 3 bedrooms, I received a corrected offer the same day with the same exactly positioned initials as the 1st offer....the prospective purchasers were Mexicans, their office in Roswell, Ga. No receptionist, only recordings.....when I put them off, they offered to close in 2 weeks..the cruncher is that they offered to send my accepted offer money to my checking account requiring me to give them my checking acct number.
