ABF Freight did not provide the relocubes(that did not need a ramp) that I had ordered. Also, they did not give me any time to make other moving arrangements even though they knew about the issue one week prior. The closing on my house sale was already scheduled. They did not contact me or do anything to resolve their problem. It was now my problem!

The trailer needed a ramp and they assured me that I would be able to use the ramp by myself. I could not move let alone open the 200+ pound ramp. Also, the ramp had a bent release bar which made it harder to use and a curled transition plate which created a tripping hazard.

They bullied me into accepting a trailer and held my belongings hostage until they were paid in full.

Unloading the trailer was also a problem because instead of my business and personal possessions being in separate cubes, they were now all mixed up on the trailer.

This senior citizen feels they lied about being able to provide the cubes. They also took advantage of my scheduled timing for moving.
