Ordered and paid for product February 14 , 10 days later sent email had not received shipment that had been confirmed. Company wrote back that it was on its was it takes 12-20 days to arrive. Twenty days from order confirmation still have not received product and tracking number says has not made it to facility. Emailed company response was it’s on its way should be there soon. Now over 30 days from confirmation and no product tracking numbers still says has not recheached shipping facility.
