I had this person tattoo me before so she is a known person to me. She posted on social media, Instagram, that she was doing animal tattoos of people pets. I contacted her and agreed to have her tattoo me next time she was here in Eugene. She had me pay the $150 deposit via Venmo to @abbymactattoos. This happened on Feb 20, 2024. We agreed she would do the tattoo on April 11, 2024 when she was here in Eugene. We ended up rescheduling it to June 12, 2024. She never confirmed the time and didn't let me know until June 12 that she wasn't going to be there. She put me off over and over about when she would be coming back to Eugene. She has never come back to Eugene and has not refunded the deposit. What I have seen happen since February 2024 is she announces a special, gets the deposits then never follows through. I know several people that has happened to besides me including the owners of the tattoo shop, Wild Rose Tattoo, she used to guest at in Eugene.
