I've returned shoes back even though I was contacted to get correct shoe size and they still sent incorrect size. I sent shoes back with a return receipt request, I never heard back from them. I've ordered another pair of shoes they never came. there is no real customer service line and they will not return calls nor emails. there return policy is no refund store credit only but they never acknowledge that a return has been returned back to them.

Honestly I try on buying something from them, However their customers service is horrible. I wanted to make sure the items were authentic before buying. However the person in customer service does know nothing about manners. I had 4,000 car and I did not submit payment when I saw how rude and unprofessional they are. that gives a bad look to the company and makes you wonder about their authenticity. Fix your Company.


The person/women at customer service called me a B... via email. I have all the PROOF of this horrid person! Also called me another horrible name...Horrible experience. HORRIBLE PERSON I experienced! After I thought it was over I still got the email calling me names!

Thankyou for your honest review. I was going to purchase several items but after reading so many horrible reviews I bought my items elsewhere.

Unfortunately Rhonda this is far from the truth. If the company and customer service are so horrible why would you shop with us on three different occasions?

Your intial purchase on 2/12/2021 was a smooth transition.

A few days you ordered another item from the website. You called and emailed me daily.

Each time I stated per the website 1-3 business day's to process orders and 7-12 shipping day's.

On the 12th day the carrier sent you a text informing you your package would be deliver the next day.

Three days later I received a dispute from my bank. You stated you received the item and still did a dispute. I immediately called you and asked you to cancel the dispute with your bank or please send the item back. It took you 6 days to cancel the dispute and provide the such letter from your bank.

Three weeks later you return (3rd) time to buy from my store. When I seen your transaction I was hesitant to process your order. Due to the fact of the stunt you pulled previously. Disputes are time consuming for any business especially small businesses.

The original item you ordered was out of stock. I instantly emailed to inform you, you agreed it was fine. I also stated the new inventory would be in on Wednesday. You agreed. Wednesday morning you emailed had your item been shipped. I informed you it'll still take the processing day's. You instantly became rude and aggressive.

I then informed you I'd cancel your order and refund you.

You then became rude AGAIN! Yes, I absolutely lost it. You have a hard time comprehending and reading.

The website policy never changed.

I don't understand why anyone would continue to shop with a company that does such unlawful business.

You are a scammer and I've never dealth with such a nightmare customer as yourself!

So again...GO AWAY!

And the way this individual spoke to me in an email is unacceptable!
I found the whole experience weird to deal with. I have all the emails sent and received/PROOF of this weird unprofessional experience!

Just really weird experience for me!

On Black Friday I ordered a pair of boots through this website and paid with Venmo and was told they would arrive before Christmas. Come Christmas Eve I call the owner and she said she’d Venmo me the money back since I never received the product. Then proceeded to tell me her Venmo account was locked and ever since then she refuses to refund me my 90 dollars. I have proof of the payment. She is now threatening myself and my family on Facebook and I have screenshots to prove it.

First I'd like to say we do apologize in the late response as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Bad reviews aren't good for any business. Besides this review you had several family and friends to write negative reviews on our business page. There are persons whom never purchased from the site. Great thing I was able to report to Facebook marketing and those false reviews were deleted. That is sad a person would lose integrity and lie on any business.

Lastly, Ashley you did receive your boots. Yes, delivery was a but delayed and you didn't receive until 12/29/2019. Our website states once package in transit the seller "Abbott Apparel" is not liable for how long shipping takes.

Every carrier is more slow November-January yearly. I also inform clients of this when purchasing.

I've added a few photo's showing proof you did receive what you ordered (1 pair of boots).
