Sale was for Abbot Covid-19 Test Kit 2-pack. Order placed on 1/4/22 via website with payment via PayPal (only option) - no shipping information was provided at that time. On 1/9/22 email from PayPal provided FedEx tracking number supplied by seller. Using the FedEx website with the supplied tracking number, the shipment was marked as delivered (actual delivery address was not present - just delivery city, and no shipper information) on 1/8/22 and was signed for by someone. Got no response from the seller when contacted via the supplied email. I contacted FedEx about the tracked item, and they confirmed that the shipment was not for my address (but they were not permitted to give the actual address to me - they could only provide detailed tracking information back to the shipper); they also confirmed that the shipment was not for a Covid-19 Home Test Kit 2-Pack. When I provided this information to PayPal, they reversed their claim ruling and provided a refund.
