On 04/10/2021, I made a $225 plus shipping $9 —order —order #:13471 ( as shown in screenshot). I purchased 3 items (as shown in screenshot). I used the Afterpay Method available, splitting the payments into 4 separate payments of $58 . I only received one item which was the gloss base. The false eyelashes and strawberry lip flavoring oil were never shipped out! Luckily for me, I kept my invoice, kept all transacting emails, and also recorded an unboxing video for my YouTube channel , opening the box on camera for the first time. At that time is when I realized that my order was not complete! I replied to an email that Amanda ( the owner) sent me, inquiring about the rest of my order. I didn’t receive a response! I proceed to email 3 more times 2 of which were to a secondary email found on her website and no response. I tried calling the customer service number listed on the website and no response. Completely unacceptable! She has stolen from me at this point, and it appears that I am not the only one. As I’ve tried to dispute the issue with my bank and have been going back and forth to provide the necessary proof that she didn’t ship all of my items, I have yet to receive a refund. She has changed the website domain, the name of the business, and deleted my customer account that I originally created prior to ordering! She is a fraud , and charges need to be pressed!
