Caller Identified the company as AAS would not provide any further information, called to collect on a Payday loan from 2013, said I would be served, when I asked for the payday lender they said it was American Web Loan, they threatened legal action and would not let me speak said I had to pay by debit or credit card. I asked for a written notice they said I was not entitled to a written notice, I blocked their calls now they are calling my work and threatening to send the sheriff. I called the AWL they have no record of me and said it was probably a scam.
