Was attempting to contact Roku support because the authorization code I used would not work it directed me to call this phone number. This tech support person told me he would assist in setup and then explained Roku fees had changed and subscription costs would be required. Told me to signup or it wouldn’t activate my services. Requested credit card number and sent email confirmation about payment. Later discovered Roku doesn’t charge for connecting devices.
