Told me i had to credit charges one for a lean on my name and social and another for fraudulent checks yet I have never written a check then they said that I had to pay $411.76 today and another one of those payments at the end of the month failure to make the $411.76 payment by 9 a.m. would result in them taking me to court to put a lien on my name and social yet they told me that someone had been trying to summon me papers for court but if that was true then why did they tell me on the phone that they would be filing it to set a court date if I supposedly already had a court date and papers were trying to be summoned to my house also there's someone at my house at all times and if someone would have come to the door and knocked then the door would have been answered.
