So mad I didn’t research

Seen under her Twitter post that she was looking for wig ambassadors. She immediately hit me back telling me the payment was $95 for all model supplies. Would be getting paid $600 monthly with commission. Sent the money and never was put in a group chat. Since I was at a funeral I waited a bit then DM’d her on Instagram. I never got a response so I looked her and saw the above testimony. I wish I would’ve did my research. Now she won’t reply back. I’ll be contacting CashApp on Monday. I’ve already disputed it but I need my funds back.

I saw a tweet calling for brand ambassadors for wig modeling. I direct messaged the Twitter user, Aaliyah, and said I was interested. She said all I had to do was send her $85, and that I’d be added to a group chat of other models. She also said that in exchange for modeling, I would receive $200 each month as salary plus commission on any wigs sold via my promotion. I sent the $85 via text, and she never contacted me, and when I went to contact her on social media, she said “***** ****” and blocked me on both platforms. I am in college, and I cannot afford to throw away $10, let alone $85 on a scam. I’m very frustrated and ashamed, and I hope her “business” is derailed. I can’t imagine how many other people she’s swindled. Highly upsetting.
