I got a popup on my computer that said it was full of viruses. I called the number on the screen and the guy said he would fix it for 500 dollars. A few weeks later he called again, said I had more viruses and wanted more money. I told him I wouldn't pay him and then he made my computer screen go black and hung up on me. 

I had to call Hewlett Packard and it took them all day to fix my computer and they had to do a complete re-wipe of the system.
