Every year since inception of my LLC I receive a letter stating that I need to pay $233.75 in order to ensure my annual corporate report is filed.

Business owners will receive a formal-looking letter in the mail asking them to "file an Annual Report" and to send payment in the form of a check or cashier's check to an address that is nothing but a cubicle number, inside some other business. The scammer will also ask for an extra service fee, ranging from $30 to $150.
