These people approached my friend on a Saturday morning and said they would clean her front and back hillside yards for $12,000 and would take cash. She wrote them two $6000 checks. On Monday morning, her yard was cleaned and so were her checking accounts of $6000. She was not given 3 day window to think it over nor a contract. She was not given any time to get other estimates as she now believes she was overcharged. It is doubtful that these people are legitimate or pay taxes on their earnings.
