Technician insists on coming to the home the same day as call is placed. Technician claims nothing is wrong with appliance, and rudely asks for payment. Leaves with no plan to fix appliance. Business voicemail is full, business does not answer follow up calls, the person who answers the call says they will call back with more information, saying 'don't worry', without asking who is calling/what is the address/what is the return phone number. Business does not identify business name when answering calls (i. E. They just say hello) . This is clearly a scheme to get the quick payment for a house call with no plans to actually fix the appliance.
