When I clicked on "More Info" link about a news article, a-z froze my computer and then a "supposed" Microsoft pop-up happened and they offered to clean my computer for a charge of $499.99. Which like a dummy, I authorized and they said it would be a 12 day trial period. They swooped in, charged my credit card the same night and deleted all of my prior Internet Security. I've been working with my bank to get my money back. I cancelled my Credit card the next day. They are Crooks and Scammers!

The end of August, I received the same messages and to call a phone number. A man named "Alex" said I would need to pay $299 and I would receive an extra year? Extra year of what? Spent 4 hours on the telephone and finally it was fixed. Just had it happen again recently and my laptop was almost out of power so I just let it lose power. Ran diagnostics on my own computer and so far everything is fine. Thank God I only signed an authorization for a 1 time payment. Then I receive an email stating to not call or reply to any email I received from them...WIERD! Still changing my debit card. I believe it was a scam! Buyer beware.

Had the same experience with Alex. Got to me for $200. Wish I had just hung up!

Computer started beeping, pop up about a virus alert. Advised me to call 855 595-8999. I called. He asked for information. My computer locked up. He asked for payment by check $513.86, including tax. I gave him my credit card but it did not go through. I called my bank and they raised doubts about this situation.

Got a virus pop-up on computer 2 days ago with instructions to call. I paid $238 with a credit card. I received no receipt or follow up from Company since then. I contact my credit card company and discussed monitoring her credit report. They were able to stop the transaction.

Warning appeared on computer stating a Pornographic Spyware Virus has infected computer and all stored on computer is at risk. At this point I have no control of my computer. Call this number immediately to speak with a Microsoft tech who will walk you through the necessary steps to get rid of virus. Next the purchase of software necessary to protect computer...A2Z Cleaner Pro. Credit Card information exchanged. Now reflecting on the entire process it was a well planned scheme...scam!
