Caller (Samantha) told me that I owed the Handicapped Workers of America $450 for light bulbs and trash bags that I ordered 2012. Then when I disputed the order and the charges she reduced the amount $299.85. She said if I don't pay I will have to go to court. I was to send a check for the reduced amount to A1 Department of Special Corrections at PO Box 167 Paramount, CA 90723. (Reference number E20090701)
