 Consumer received an email for a student loan reduction plan. The email stated that there are government programs available to bring consumer's student loan payment down to $25 a month. Consumer called the number back and he gave them the last 4 of his social security number, his name, address, and email address. They also requested consumer go get a pre-paid card for him to pay the monthly payments on, which would start on or around May 16th. He also gave them a verbal consent to take money out of the account.
