Someone keeps calling me from this business, saying its A & R and from phone number 630-599-5060. Said I owed money on a JC Penny card that was from 10 years ago, I have never had a JC Penny card, then he went on to say he also had a discover card from 12 years ago as well. Again, I have not ever had a discover card. He said if I didn't do a settlement with him right then it would be too late and they were taking me to court. Once I hung up, I called the number back and it was answered as A&R but once I started asking questions, the woman that answered hung up on me. So I called again and they done the same thing. This has got to be a scam and needs to be stopped!!! They will end up getting money from some people that may not investigate this.
