Thank goodness for my credit card company, if it wasn't for them I'd be out of pocket.

I decided to get a ring for my husband for his birthday because the silicon one he was wearing had broken.

The first issue happened when I made a purchase. Their website never asked for my shipping address and somehow, through automatic whatever, chose an old address to send it to.

I immediately wrote to them to explain the situation and said I wanted my shipping address to be the same as my billing address, but I didn't hear back from them. I then received an email about receiving my order. I replied to this email with the same information about my address and still heard nothing back. The website stated the days that it would take to receive my ring so I messaged my old apartments to let them know about the mixup and they said they would keep their eyes open.

The time to receive the ring came and went without any ring. I wrote to the company a few more times, still no reply. After a week went by, I messaged my credit card company and they reimbursed me for it.

+1

This company sells cheap rubber rings, and enrolls the purchaser in an "inner circle" club where they continue to charge the purchaser's credit card $3 every month. I canceled my credit card, but the charges showed up on my new card. All attempts to contact them are unsuccessful. The only means of contact is an email address, which is never answered
