They called and stated that they needed my signature to receive my court date and I would be served between 3-5 pm and that this was there finanal attempt to reach me and that I need to call with the case number if I had any questions. Well yeah I do this is the first I’m hearing about this and you are going to Serve me at work. So I called. They stated that I had an account with a bank that was force closed 10 years ago. The balance at said bank was over 1,000 and I now owe them over 4,000. Said bank has had law suits for falsifying accounts. FYI they had my address phone number and the last four of my SS. They also said the had a copy of my drivers liences and signatures of opening an account. Which I did bank at this bank but during the time frame I had a different last name. But to be sure I hung up on the and went to said bank to verify my account had not been falsified. They couldn’t find anything. Scammed
