Found car on Carfax.com website, car was listed 20K under market value. I email inquiring and response was deal was a cash or wire transfer transaction only. I am not in the same state so delivery was offered as well as a 7 day guarantee return policy. I advised I would come to pick the car up and the seller found every excuse to not let me do this. I asked for the dealer license and then called the DMV. The DMV said the license was expired in 2019 and the document he sent me showed valid until Dec 31 2020. The owner on the license after a google search showed had passed away in 2018. Lots and lots of red flags on this deal.
