I was called by someone representing A&E factory repair for my GE refrigerator I was called 1210/15 stating that a part for my freezer door would be installed 12/11/15. I was busy at the time of the call and it didn't dawn on me that the repair had already been done. However, I am scheduled for a repairman from A and E on 12/14/15 as the repair was not satisfactory. I just assumed that there had been a mix up. We were gone all morning on 12/11/15 but there was a message from someone named Gilbert and he was on the way to replace the part. After listening to the phone message, I went out to the front to see if "Gilbert" had left a message saying he missed us. There was no message, so I feel that was a scam. I also called the A & E Factory Service number that I had been given before the first service call. They had no record of a service call for 12/11/15, but did have the one scheduled for 12/14/15.
