Two guys from this supposed company came out to check my heater on my roof due to it needing to be replaced. They showed up in a big red pick-up truck with no company decal or tool rack or anything. Neither one of them looked professional. The older man spoke in a heavy Russian or maybe German accent, the other was younger and white, spoke prefect English. After they check my heater and left I tried to look up their company name online to read their reviews since I was not the one who hired them. After some research online, I found that not only did the company name not exist, but their so called licence number was fake as well. I called the number listed on their business card and confronted the older gentleman. He started swearing at me and was very unprofessional and rude. After he hug up on me I had my dad who is a licenced HVAC technician look up the company through distributors and so forth and no one could find them anywhere. I am reporting them so that no one is subjected to this fraudulent business as I was.
