I would like to file a claim against “A- Affordable arent-a-Car. I signed a lease agreement from 12/29/20-12/31/20. However, on 12/30/20 at approximately 5:30 am in Keystone, CO the brakes malfunctioned and the car cut off and I went into a snow bank. I paid $500 with a $250 deposit.

I was assured the deposit would be given back in timely return. The car had to be towed. And the state trooper looked up the vin # and saw that the vehicle had red flags and it was from Aurora, CO.

The merchant refuses to give me my money back. I have let denver police know, my bank, and all authorities. I want to take action and get this place shut down. The business is located at 8780 E Colfax Ave Denver, Co 80220. Their phone number is 303-329-0555. Or be reached at 303-333-2333.
