We received a referral for the company from another fencing company who stated he was unable to complete the job. Business supplied an invoice in order to secure a deposit for fencing material which was to be purchased for installation. First approximate installation date was given as Oct 30, 2020. We were then told that "the wrong posts were received and they were returned and re-ordered." Installation was then scheduled for Nov 23, 2020. We were then told that the contractor was "in the hospital" and installation was again rescheduled for Dec 7. At that point the contractor no longer our answered phone calls or text messages. On further investigation with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, this contractor now has nearly $10,000 unpaid debt, all filed recently (to which we will shortly be adding our claim.)
