This business will take what they can from you and make you feel like it is your fault. Returns are always an issue and take forever to do if they even allow it, there are discounts given and then when you go to use them they do not honor them, the owners are horrible to their employees and under pay a lot of their warehouse staff and favor the sales floor staff. There is a lot of trash talking between the managers and Human Resources does nothing about it. They expect too much and give you very little. It is a stressful place to purchase anything from over the phone or online and give you a problem if you try to return items. They are not accommodating and say they will give you the best price or your order is free and don't honor that either. They got to used to being one of the only packaging sales places before CA went legal and now they are trying to catch up because they made mistakes hiring COO's that took advantage of the company, so they punish their employees for their mistakes. They have a revolving door of employees and give you a new representative to speak to you every other time you call, when they say you will only have 1 sole representative. This company is all together going down the tubes and taking everyone on the ship down with them.
