When I tried to cancel the account, they had no way to do so online so I called them directly. The rep told me it would be $72 early cancelation fee. I asked how this was possible since I have been leasing month to month and for over 2 years, there was no way this was an early cancelation. I asked her where this was in their terms of service as I quickly checked to confirm this was a fraudulent lie. She quickly pivoted and said if I left a 5 star review, then she would not charge me.
