On Friday 11/27/2020, i contacted the above mentioned company to come to my residence at 155-21 89st. Howard Beach, N.Y. to clear a clogged toilet. they advertise that they charge $49.95 to come out 24/7 inc. nights, weekends and holidays. They overcharged me and made me pay $100 on my Credit Card, claiming it was a holiday, the day after Thanksgiving. To make it worse, the service man falsely represented that my toilet needed replacement and took $300 cash from me as a down payment, I have not heard back from him or anyone at his company!. I have since found out that this company doesn't do toilet replacements. As i am a Disabled Veteran with limited funds and gave him what amounted to all the cash I had. Additionally I do not have a computer or access to one, so I had my brother **** draft and send this Email. Additionally he along with my Sister ***** have called the office repeatedly and have been put on endless holds and lied to repeatedly, especially by Julie, the so called Manager. I think it's a disgrace that a company like this is allowed to operate and mislead people and take advantage of handicapped Disabled Veterans like me, especially around the holidays. Please look into this matter and hopefully get the word out to avoid others from going through something like this.
