Placed my order on 12/17/2022 for a hoodie with 3 day shipping. I ordered a hoodie my son as a Christmas gift. It is now 02/14/2022. I still have not received my order. I have been in contact with the company via email. I have requested a full refund from them. They keep giving me the run around, telling me that they are having shipping and/or production issues. Won't even acknowledge my request for my refund. This company 999 Club.com is scam! People beware of this company!!
