On line game Home Design offer diamond game pieces for certain purchases made through TAPJOY Wesite products that are advertised. Depending on what product you purchase you are rewarded with game diamonds which help improve your game status but Tapjoy will not always provide you with the game’s diamonds without proof of purchase. After you submit the proof you are sent from one “support” consumer service for help then you are asked to resubmit the same information to these different support consumer services. Then you are sent back and forward between these “supposedly “ services that was suppose to help the consumers with their complaints. While waiting for your game diamond rewards you noticed on your reward status “case closed” or “ resolved” without an explanation. Tapjoy has been sanctioned by the FTC before for similar complaints such as this! But online game players need to know “there is no guarantee that the purchases made while playing the Home Design game through the Tapjoy ads that offer diamond game pieces could be fraudulent “. Lots of older players are being scammed.
