This was an actual employee of Walmart Spark Customer Service. After the Representative checked to make sure I was the owner of my account. To verify that I was Walmart Sparking and it was not someone like a friend signed into my account on there phone and delivering the orders. He knew the trip and what customer i was delivering to. He said the delivery was cancelled. I told him the oreder needed a 4 digit pin and the house i was trying to deliver to was abandoned. Then he had me initiate a return and walked me thru the steps. Then once complete he kept me on the phone and asked me gmail verification and then once granted we discussed my walmart One pay card. Once he had all my info we then hung up. He then gained access to my gmail and was trying to gain access to my walmart one card. He sent verification codes to the email to be able to change the passwords. He moved stuff for verification into the trash.

I was suspicious because why would customer service need access to my gmail. I immediately decided to change my password and did, i was able to shut him out before getting access to my One account i think.

This was an actual walmart Customer Service Rep. Scamming spark drivers!
