As they gained our trust, they proposed lowering our credit card payments or settling any outstanding debts. Encouraged by their apparent legitimacy, we agreed to their offer of settling an $8000.00 credit card bill for $4000.00. The transaction occurred on Jan 30th, with a provided routing number (111901014) and account number (3315367556) for applying the payment.
Following their instructions, we issued a Cashier's Check for $4000.00 on Feb 1st, a copy of which is attached. Subsequently, they proposed taking on additional debts, offering to pay us $10,000.00 in return for $5000.00. To proceed with this, they urged us to finalize the process on Friday, Jan 2nd. Attached are all relevant documents, including checks.
