07/11 (931)240-9072 -- Notify me of pending matter that is in the process of being reviewed today. Verifying current address as well as place of employment for delivery of proper documentation. At this time, it is my right to call office directly shown on the caller ID. This will serve as my official notification by phone.
07/16 (931)240-9072 -- This is Alex Carter concerning a financial account under my name. Crucial that I address this matter immediately. Neglecting to respond may lead to enhanced actions on their part which could impact my credit report negatively and financial situation. Do not take lightly. Call number or press 1.
I do not have any pending debts and keep up with my credit report. If I do answer they threaten to deliver court documents to my home, which I respond by telling them to go ahead. Or they tell me I will be receiving documents to appear in court. My only thought is they are targeting me because of my age, but when I tell them I am registered on the Do Not Call, they tell me they don't have to abide by that and they will continue to call, which they do. They are very aggressive and rude and I don't understand how these people are allowed to get away with this. If I didn't keep up with things, I could see how they could bully me into doing something just to scam money out of me because of how aggressive they are.
