Placed an order with SHEIN on 9/6/23. Part of my order was fulfilled using SpeedX as the courier. Delivery date set for 9/12/23 and received a message of failed attempt due to invalid address. SpeedX posted 2 photos on SHEIN - 1 showing the package with the shipping label which has complete and correct information (part of my order shipped via USPS using that same shipping information was received perfectly fine and on time); and 2nd showing a photo of a parking lot section of my apartment complex that’s not even where my actual apartment is located! Seems as though they attempted to deliver the package to a garage and not my apartment which is absolutely unacceptable! Tried to contact SHEIN with no luck at all. Tried to contact SpeedX per the info available on SHEIN and also searching them on Google but their phone number says to send a text in the automated message. Sent a text on 9/12 with the 2 photos from SHEIN, but no response. Then later in the day sent an email to them with screenshots of my text and the 2 photos from SHEIN; received a response saying they would reach out to their dispatch and get back to me. No follow up and sent a 2nd email. Attempted to find a way to contact SHEIN via other means (ie Instagram DM) and their app but they only have Bot chat. Attempted to send a message to SpeedX owner on Linked In but am not paying to contact him. Where is my package - literally, where is it? Will they reattempt delivery and if so, when? Will they do the same thing? Is there any recourse and to whom? The order is for school things for my daughter and work clothes for me. Everything I’ve read about SpeedX has been negative and similar experiences or worse!
