Zelle Scammer
The next thing I know I get an email saying my account was restricted because the money was sent from a “business” account saying to release the 800.00 the BUYER had to send another 400.00 so my account to release 1200$ then I was to Zelle back the 400$ - while I was on the phone with the Zelle rep with a heavy Indian accent I googled the email address that I’d received from “Zelle” and it came up a scam. I ALMOST fell for it

I knew it was a scam when he told me to call Zelle and the person on the call didn’t speak English and was muffling when he spoke plus he was hurrying me up. He also sent me his email without me asking for it when the person I was on the call with said to ask for an email and when I didn’t respond he got impatient. The phone number used to impersonate Zelle was (909) 764-0827
