Went into 7-11 which has a buy one get one free slurpees, did not honor the promotion and charged me full when all over their establishment the promotion is advertised. Also cashed in my lottery scratchers and he told me that they were not winners which I said no their is a winner and he said no check so he handed me back the scratchers when he had already scanned them in his system. I checked them and they weren’t valid anymore because he had cashed them so I demanded to see the print out that came out when he scanned them and he showed me and it said winner for $3. I told him cash me out then and he said you can only take another scratcher so I took that and left. That is bad business and theft if he does not want cash your lottery tickets or honor the promotions advertised.
