Scammer offered to reduce the interest rates on my credit cards saying it is illegal to charge what was is being paid by me. also the call number on the caller ID was Chase Bank and a call to Chase bank said they did not call. That call was from a Florida number of Chase Bank. They said SCRA would tell that this is interest rates not allowed by the US Government. The interest rate would be reduced by 50% and the credit cards would no longer be of use.
