Calls all the time and multiple phone number

Trying to say they have papers to serve today, but will not serve the papers until they receive a call at a different phone number. Scammer and have been doing this for about 2-3 years

Type of a scam Debt Collections

Tony Castro called saying I owed a hospital bill from 1/2018 that has gone into collections and there will be a judgement against me. He has also called my job, and family members.

He had my name wrong, didn't identify the business name (he was with) and wouldn't give me information about the bill other than a case #. I knew I didn't have a hospital bill, wasn't in the hospital, but called the hospital anyway to verify. They have no record going back many years.
